Little Wings Dirtwork was built on a lifetime of hands-on experience, hard work, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Joe’s passion for heavy equipment began at just six years old, sitting on his grandpa’s lap while riding in a dozer. By the age of ten, he was already confidently backing skid loaders off trailers. Throughout his teenage years, he operated mini excavators and skid loaders, grading sidewalks, yards, and roads, digging foundations and footings, and removing concrete. At seventeen, he completed Heavy Equipment Operating School in Oklahoma and went on to work for both small family-owned companies and large-scale operations.

Over the years, Joe has built extensive experience in mass dirt work, land clearing, house demolition, utility installation for commercial and residential developments, road construction, and basement excavation. No matter the size of the project, he is known for being honest, dependable, and detail-oriented. He takes great pride in doing quality work efficiently and safely, always treating each job as if it were his own property and each client as if they were family.

The name Little Wings Dirtwork carries a deep and personal meaning. Our sweet daughter, Jocelyn, unexpectedly passed away in 2024. She is the little wings and the heart behind our company—the reason we strive to give our very best every single day. Along with our growing family, she is Joe’s greatest motivation.

Dedicating the company to her keeps her memory alive and serves as a constant reminder that life is precious, integrity matters, and every job deserves excellence. Every project is completed with care, honesty, and pride because Joe believes she is watching from above, and he wants his little girl to be proud.
